Silver Fundamentals: The Numbers Don’t Lie

“Statistics can be used to say anything.”

Many readers are familiar with this cliché, but few understand its real significance . Numbers don’t lie, meaning the raw data which we collect on a nearly infinite number of subjects. Statistics, on the other hand, are rarely just raw data. Instead, they are numbers that have been massaged (i.e. manipulated) with various adjustments.

Deception and deceit enters into the picture when our governments (and charlatan economists ) create their statistics, and do so by making adjustments which are completely indefensible from an analytical standpoint. These adjustments don’t improve upon the raw data in terms of adding clarity, but rather they pervert the data into numbers which cease to have any resemblance to the real world.

Thus, with their adjusted statistics, these frauds-with-numbers can make the U.S. Great Depression look like a recovery. An even more obvious example is found in all the imaginary “jobs” the U.S. government claims to have created during its imagined recovery .



Fewer and fewer people are working in the U.S. every year, and virtually every month. Since the start of the “recovery,” the U.S. economy has lost an additional 3+ million jobs. The “11 million new jobs” boasted of by the political puppets, and manufactured by charlatan economists, never existed. They were completely created with mammoth – and bogus – adjustments.

“Numbers don’t lie – people do.”

This brings us to the silver market, and some numbers that illustrate some unequivocal truths. There are few better sources for numbers on silver than precious metals icon, Eric Sprott. In a recent interview withThe Daily Coin , Sprott provided a few interesting numbers.

Silver is mined at an 11:1 ratio to gold. This is raw data. This becomes significant when we look more raw data numbers: the natural occurrence of these two metals in the Earth’s crust. Silver is approximately 17 times as plentiful as gold. Therefore, all things being equal, we should expect silver to be mined at a near-identical ratio of 17:1.

Instead, silver is under-produced by roughly 50%. How? Why?

We know it could not possibly be due to lack of interest or demand. Historically, over a span of thousands of years, the price ratio between silver and gold was a very steady 15:1. This means that (over thousands of years) humanity has exhibited a slight price preference for silver. It occurs at a 17:1 ratio, but people have been willing to pay for it at a slightly higher 15:1 ratio.

In more modern times, we have proof that humanity’s desire for silver hasn’t waned at all. As was explained in a previous commentary , the silver market has been in a state of supply deficit for thirty consecutive years – something totally unprecedented with any other commodity market in history.

Indeed, it is impossible for any other commodity on the planet to ever experience a supply deficit of this magnitude, with one exception: gold. What makes gold and silver totally unique in this respect? Being“precious,” we have conserved these metals over thousands of years, and as a result humanity has accumulated gigantic stockpiles of them. In fact, nearly all the gold ever mined has been conserved.

However, this is no longer true with silver. In addition to being a more brilliant metal than gold, silver is incredibly useful. Over the past quarter century, more silver-based patents have been created than with any other metal on the planet. But not only does silver have unparalleled versatility, it is an extremely potent metal, meaning that in many of its commercial applications it is used in only trace amounts.

Why is this of significance? Because in such tiny quantities it is economically impractical to ever recycle any of this silver, at prices anywhere near the (absurd) levels of recent decades. Thus this silver is being consumed in tiny amounts, but in billions and billions of consumer products, over a span of decades.

Unlike gold, our stockpiles of silver are disappearing. As previously mentioned, for at least the last thirty years, the only way that our strong demand for silver could be satisfied has been through consuming portions of these stockpiles. Perhaps no one has studied this dynamic longer and more closely than noted silver researcher Ted Butler.

Butler argues that consumption of the world’s silver (on a net basis) dates back more than 70 years , to World War II. This begs the obvious question of how much (above-ground) silver is left in the world, but no one can supply a precise answer. Estimates have ranged from a high of 6:1 (versus gold), all the way down to where some commentators argue that the stockpile of gold is now larger than the dwindling stockpile of silver.

Give these numbers, there could never possibly be any legitimate explanation as to why silver is under-produced by 50%. In fact, there is only one illegitimate explanation: price suppression . Let’s toss out some more numbers. In the 1990s the price of silver was manipulated to a 600-year low.



We’re not talking about minor, subtle price suppression here, but rather a massive, systemic attack on this market, which began (originally) a hundred years ago. Another silver historian, Charles Savoie, provides the background here, in his noted chronology The Silver Stealers.

Savoie points out that during World War I, the British Empire conscripted vast numbers of soldiers into its army from India’s immense population. But these soldiers would not accept banker-paper for wages. They would only fight if paid in hard silver – the “Peoples’ Money.”

By the end of World War I, a large percentage of the world’s silver had flowed into India. Enter the Old World Order , the oligarch crime syndicate which readers know today as “the One Bank.” Both contemporary sources like Bill Still (The Money Masters) and historical sources like Charles Lindbergh Sr. ( The Economic Pinch) document how this crime syndicate was already pulling the strings of our puppet governments a hundred years ago.

These Western oligarchs ordered the British government to loot all the silver from India after World War I. Once that had been done, the Old World Order then commanded that much of that silver be dumped into the global market, virtually all at once. It was these massive twin crimes which distorted (and destroyed) the historic 15:1 price ratio which had existed for roughly 5,000 years.

Silver has been under-priced, both versus gold and in absolute terms, ever since. However, it was only in the 1990s that the One Bank took this price suppression to a criminal extreme. The 600-year low they produced by that systemic price manipulation literally destroyed the global silver mining industry .

Well over 90% of all silver mining companies were bankrupted. Since this era of extreme silver price-suppression began, roughly 80% of the world’s silver is now produced as a by-product of other mining (primarily lead, zinc, and copper) – further proof of extreme price manipulation.

There is no other explanation as to why (for thousands of years) we got most of our silver from primary silver mines, but no longer do so today. Because of this extreme, systemic price suppression, only the world’s richest deposits of silver can still be mined at a (small) profit.

This brings us back to another number provided by Eric Sprott in his recent interview. Silver is currently being purchased (in investment demand) at a 50:1 ratio to gold. For the significance of this shocking number, we need merely refer back to two other numbers already presented.

Silver is currently mined at an 11:1 ratio to gold (including all by-product production). It exists in the Earth’s crust at a 17:1 ratio. How can it be purchased and consumed at a 50:1 ratio? It can’t – not without leading to an inevitable inventory default once the last ounce of the world’s stockpiles is consumed.

Anything that is under-priced will be over-consumed.

This economic tautology has been presented in several previous commentaries . The hypothetical example used most often is chocolate bars. Imagine if chocolate bars only cost a dime. This was the actual price of chocolate bars, before Paul Volcker assassinated the gold standard and unleashed the One Bank’s“inflation” upon us.

If chocolate bars were priced at 10 cents apiece today, in our ultra-diluted dollars, all chocolate bars would disappear from store shelves in a few days. Worse still, no chocolate bar manufacturer could remain in business selling its chocolate bars that cheaply.

All the world’s chocolate bars would disappear. No more would be produced. The only bars remaining would be the tiny number hoarded and stockpiled by chocolate lovers. This brings us back to silver.

As previously documented, over a span of thousands of years humanity has exhibited a slight preference for silver over gold, in relative terms. This is not surprising, given that silver is the more brilliant of the two metals, and today, the more useful of the two metals. Yet the price ratio today has not shrunk from the historic 15:1 ratio, to reflect the decimation of global silver stockpiles. Instead, it has soared to a totally absurd level of today more than 80:1.

Again, there is no legitimate explanation for the current (ultra-suppressed) price for silver. Conservatively, silver should be priced at a minimum of a 6:1 ratio to gold, reflecting the maximum ratio of silver-to-gold stockpiles – i.e. priced over $200/oz. Arguably, silver should be priced at least as high as gold (if not higher), reflecting that the world might now have more gold than silver. This translates into a current price for silver at or above $1,200/oz (USD).

Perhaps by coincidence, a previous commentary pegged a “starting point” for the price of silver at $1,000/oz. This number came via a totally separate line of reasoning. It began with an observation by analyst Rob Kirby that, historically, the average wage for workers was 1 ounce of silver per week. With the average (paper) wages of the workers of today being approximately $50,000/year, this would require that the workers’ 1 ounce of silver (per week) be priced at roughly $1,000.

Numbers don’t lie – people do. And the “numbers” on silver tell an unequivocal story.

1) Silver price suppression has been more extreme and more continuous than any other form of price manipulation by the One Bank crime syndicate.

2) The near-total destruction of the global silver mining industry is a direct result of this systemic crime.

3) If silver was ever priced anywhere close to a fair and rational level, we would see the resurrection of the global silver mining industry. Once again, most of the world’s silver would come from silver mines, as had been the case for thousands of years.

4) An absolute minimum price for silver today would be $200/oz. However, a very strong case can be made that the current price of silver should be at least $1,000/oz (USD).

The world will eventually run out of silver, and it will happen soon. Roughly one billion ounces of stockpiled silver has been consumed over just the last decade alone. The numbers don’t tell us that this silver default might happen, they tell us that it will happen.

America's Gestapo: The FBI's Reign Of Terror

“Don’t Be a Puppet” is the message the FBI is sending young Americans.

As part of the government’s so-called ongoing war on terror, the nation’s de facto secret police force is now recruiting students and teachers to spy on each other and report anyone who appears to have the potential to be “anti-government” or “extremist.”

Using the terms “anti-government,” “extremist” and “terrorist” interchangeably, the government continues to add to its growing list of characteristics that could distinguish an individual as a potential domestic terrorist.

For instance, you might be a domestic terrorist in the eyes of the FBI (and its network of snitches) if you:

express libertarian philosophies (statements, bumper stickers)
exhibit Second Amendment-oriented views (NRA or gun club membership)
read survivalist literature, including apocalyptic fictional books
show signs of self-sufficiency (stockpiling food, ammo, hand tools, medical supplies)
fear an economic collapse
buy gold and barter items
subscribe to religious views concerning the book of Revelation
voice fears about Big Brother or big government
expound about constitutional rights and civil liberties
believe in a New World Order conspiracy
Despite its well-publicized efforts to train students, teachers, police officers, hairdressers, store clerks, etc., into government eyes and ears, the FBI isn’t relying on a nation of snitches to carry out its domestic spying.

There’s no need.

The nation’s largest law enforcement agency rivals the NSA in resources, technology, intelligence, and power. Yet while the NSA has repeatedly come under fire for its domestic spying programs, the FBI has continued to operate its subversive and clearly unconstitutional programs with little significant oversight or push-back from the public, Congress or the courts. Just recently, for example, a secret court gave the agency the green light to quietly change its privacy rules for accessing NSA data on Americans’ international communications.

Indeed, as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the FBI has become the embodiment of how power, once acquired, can be easily corrupted and abused.

When and if a true history of the FBI is ever written, it will not only track the rise of the American police state but it will also chart the decline of freedom in America.

Owing largely to the influence and power of the FBI, the United States—once a nation that abided by the rule of law and held the government accountable for its actions—has steadily devolved into a police state where justice is one-sided, a corporate elite runs the show, representative government is a mockery, police are extensions of the military, surveillance is rampant, privacy is extinct, and the law is little more than a tool for the government to browbeat the people into compliance.

The FBI’s laundry list of crimes against the American people includes surveillance, disinformation, blackmail, entrapment, intimidation tactics, harassment and indoctrination, governmental overreach, abuse, misconduct, trespassing, enabling criminal activity, and damaging private property.

And that’s just based on what we know.

Whether the FBI is planting undercover agents in churches, synagogues and mosques; issuing fake emergency letters to gain access to Americans’ phone records; using intimidation tactics to silence Americans who are critical of the government; recruiting high school students to spy on and report fellow students who show signs of being future terrorists; or persuading impressionable individuals to plot acts of terror and then entrapping them, the overall impression of the nation’s secret police force is that of a well-dressed thug, flexing its muscles and doing the boss’ dirty work of ensuring compliance, keeping tabs on potential dissidents, and punishing those who dare to challenge the status quo.

The FBI was established in 1908 as a small task force assigned to deal with specific domestic crimes. Initially quite limited in its abilities to investigate so-called domestic crimes, the FBI has been transformed into a mammoth federal policing and surveillance agency. Unfortunately, whatever minimal restrictions kept the FBI’s surveillance activities within the bounds of the law all but disappeared in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. The USA Patriot Act gave the FBI and other intelligence agencies carte blanche authority in investigating Americans suspected of being anti-government.

As the FBI’s powers have grown, its abuses have mounted.

The FBI continues to monitor Americans engaged in lawful First Amendment activities.

COINTELPRO, the FBI program created to “disrupt, misdirect, discredit, and neutralize” groups and individuals the government considers politically objectionable, was aimed not so much at the criminal element but at those who challenged the status quo—namely, those expressing anti-government sentiments such as Martin Luther King Jr. and John Lennon. It continues to this day, albeit in other guises.

The FBI has become a master in the art of entrapment.

In the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks the FBI has not only targeted vulnerable individuals but has also lured them into fake terror plots while actually equipping them with the organization, money, weapons and motivation to carry out the plots—entrapment—and then jailing them for their so-called terrorist plotting. This is what the FBI characterizes as “forward leaning—preventative—prosecutions.”

FBI agents are among the nation’s most notorious lawbreakers.

In addition to creating certain crimes in order to then “solve” them, the FBI also gives certain informants permission to break the law, “including everything from buying and selling illegal drugs to bribing government officials and plotting robberies,” in exchange for their cooperation on other fronts. USA Today estimates that agents have authorized criminals to engage in as many as 15 crimes a day. Some of these informants are getting paid astronomical sums: one particularly unsavory fellow, later arrested for attempting to run over a police officer, was actually paid $85,000 for his help laying the trap for an entrapment scheme.

The FBI’s powers, expanded after 9/11, have given its agents carte blanche access to Americans’ most personal information.

The agency’s National Security Letters, one of the many illicit powers authorized by the USA Patriot Act, allows the FBI to secretly demand that banks, phone companies, and other businesses provide them with customer information and not disclose the demands. An internal audit of the agency found that the FBI practice of issuing tens of thousands of NSLs every year for sensitive information such as phone and financial records, often in non-emergency cases, is riddled with widespread violations.

The FBI’s spying capabilities are on a par with the NSA.

The FBI’s surveillance technology boasts an invasive collection of spy tools ranging from Stingray devices that can track the location of cell phones to Triggerfish devices which allow agents to eavesdrop on phone calls. In one case, the FBI actually managed to remotely reprogram a “suspect’s” wireless internet card so that it would send “real-time cell-site location data to Verizon, which forwarded the data to the FBI.”

The FBI’s hacking powers have gotten downright devious.

FBI agents not only have the ability to hack into any computer, anywhere in the world, but they can also control that computer and all its stored information, download its digital contents, switch its camera or microphone on or off and even control other computers in its network. Given the breadth of the agency’s powers, the showdown between Apple and the FBI over customer privacy appears to be more spectacle than substance.

James Comey, current director of the FBI, knows enough to say all the right things about the need to abide by the Constitution, all the while his agency routinely discards it. Comey argues that the government’s powers shouldn’t be limited, especially when it comes to carrying out surveillance on American citizens. Comey continues to lobby Congress and the White House to force technology companies such as Apple and Google to keep providing the government with backdoor access to Americans’ cell phones.

The FBI’s reach is more invasive than ever.

This is largely due to the agency’s nearly unlimited resources (its minimum budget alone in fiscal year 2015 was $8.3 billion), the government's vast arsenal of technology, the interconnectedness of government intelligence agencies, and information sharing through fusion centers—data collecting intelligence agencies spread throughout the country that constantly monitor communications (including those of American citizens), everything from internet activity and web searches to text messages, phone calls and emails.

Today, the FBI employs more than 35,000 individuals and operates more than 56 field offices in major cities across the U.S., as well as 400 resident agencies in smaller towns, and more than 50 international offices. In addition to their “data campus,” which houses more than 96 million sets of fingerprints from across the United States and elsewhere, the FBI is also, according to The Washington Post, “building a vast repository controlled by people who work in a top-secret vault on the fourth floor of the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building in Washington. This one stores the profiles of tens of thousands of Americans and legal residents who are not accused of any crime. What they have done is appear to be acting suspiciously to a town sheriff, a traffic cop or even a neighbor.”

If there’s one word to describe the FBI’s covert tactics, it’s creepy.

The agency’s biometric database has grown to massive proportions, the largest in the world, encompassing everything from fingerprints, palm, face and iris scans to DNA, and is being increasingly shared between federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in an effort to target potential criminals long before they ever commit a crime.

This is what’s known as pre-crime.
If it were just about fighting the “bad guys,” that would be one thing. But as countless documents make clear, the FBI has no qualms about using its extensive powers in order to blackmail politicians, spy on celebrities and high-ranking government officials, and intimidate dissidents of all stripes.

It’s an old tactic, used effectively by former authoritarian regimes.

In fact, as historian Robert Gellately documents, the Nazi police state was repeatedly touted as a model for other nations to follow, so much so that Hoover actually sent one of his right-hand men, Edmund Patrick Coffey, to Berlin in January 1938 at the invitation of Germany’s secret police. As Gellately noted, “[A]fter five years of Hitler’s dictatorship, the Nazi police had won the FBI’s seal of approval.”

Indeed, so impressed was the FBI with the Nazi order that, as the New York Times revealed, in the decades after World War II, the FBI, along with other government agencies, aggressively recruited at least a thousand Nazis, including some of Hitler’s highest henchmen, brought them to America, hired them on as spies and informants, and then carried out a massive cover-up campaign to ensure that their true identities and ties to Hitler’s holocaust machine would remain unknown. Moreover, anyone who dared to blow the whistle on the FBI’s illicit Nazi ties found himself spied upon, intimidated, harassed and labeled a threat to national security.

So not only have American taxpayers been paying to keep ex-Nazis on the government payroll for decades but we’ve been subjected to the very same tactics used by the Third Reich: surveillance, militarized police, overcriminalization, and a government mindset that views itself as operating outside the bounds of the law.

This is how freedom falls, and tyrants come to power.

The similarities between the American police state and past totalitarian regimes such as Nazi Germany grow more pronounced with each passing day.

Secret police. Secret courts. Secret government agencies. Surveillance. Intimidation. Harassment. Torture. Brutality. Widespread corruption. Entrapment. Indoctrination. These are the hallmarks of every authoritarian regime from the Roman Empire to modern-day America.

Yet it’s the secret police—tasked with silencing dissidents, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a climate of fear—who sound the death knell for freedom in every age.

POLITICAL FASCISM AND RELIGIOUS FANATICISM: THE WORST POSSIBLE MARRIAGE

Say the title above, and many conservatives in the United States will immediately assume that what follows is a tirade against militant Islam. And, granted, Islamic regimes, such as the one in Saudi Arabia especially, truly fit the deadly description of what happens when a nation combines a fascist-style political system with religious fanaticism. But what Americans seem to have trouble understanding is that the marriage of political fascism with religious fanaticism is not limited to Islamic states.

The truth is, elements of the old fascist state in Germany have been growing inside the United States since the end of World War II. In fact, what we are witnessing with the rise of neocon domination of U.S. foreign policy is nothing more than a modern revival of the old Germanic reich. And what the media has kept hidden from us and what most conservatives don’t want to admit is that the Bush family has been one of the principal reasons for fascism’s American reincarnation.

The Bush connection to the fascist state in Germany goes back to Prescott Bush (G.W. Bush’s grandfather) and Herbert Walker (father-in-law of Prescott).

In 2004, the London-based Guardian newspaper reported, “George Bush’s grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.

“The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

“His business dealings, which continued until his company’s assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.

“The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator’s action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.”

John Loftus has written a fully documented exposé on the Bush-Nazi connection. “Loftus is a former U.S. Department of Justice Nazi War Crimes prosecutor, the President of the Florida Holocaust Museum and the highly respected author of numerous books on the CIA-Nazi connection including The Belarus Secret and The Secret War Against the Jews, both of which have extensive material on the Bush-Rockefeller-Nazi connection.”

On March 6 (four days ago), Professor Michel Chossudovsky referenced Loftus’ work (and others) by saying, “Evidence of the Bush family’s links to Nazism was available well before George Herbert Walker Bush (Senior) and George W. Bush entered politics. According to John Buchanan (New Hampshire Gazette, 10 October 2003):

“‘After 60 years of inattention and even denial by the U.S. media, newly-uncovered government documents in The National Archives and Library of Congress reveal that Prescott Bush, the grandfather of President George W. Bush, served as a business partner of and U.S. banking operative for the financial architect of the Nazi war machine from 1926 until 1942, when Congress took aggressive action against Bush and his “enemy national” partners.

“‘The documents also show that Bush and his colleagues, according to reports from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, tried to conceal their financial alliance with German industrialist Fritz Thyssen, a steel and coal baron who, beginning in the mid-1920s, personally funded Adolf Hitler’s rise to power by the subversion of democratic principle and German law. Furthermore, the declassified records demonstrate that Bush and his associates, who included E. Roland Harriman, younger brother of American icon W. Averell Harriman, and George Herbert Walker, President Bush’s maternal great-grandfather, continued their dealings with the German industrial tycoon for nearly a year after the U.S. entered the war.’

“While Prescott Bush’s company’s assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, George W. Bush’s grandfather was never prosecuted for his business dealings with Nazi Germany.”

One of fascism’s most fundamental tenets is the promotion and usage of war for financial profit. America’s current preoccupation with foreign interventionism and preemptive war began in earnest with President George Herbert Walker Bush and escalated exponentially during the two presidential administrations of his son, George W. Bush. Add the fact that the Bush and Clinton families have been “best buds” ever since Bush, Sr. was president and Bill was governor of Arkansas, and what we have is 28 years (Barack Obama did nothing to wrest neocon control from America’s foreign policy) of continuous neocon domination of U.S. foreign policy. And we might be able to say 32 years, if we include Ronald Reagan’s second term over which G.H.W. Bush had significant influence.

When I was hosting my radio talk show back in the 1990s, a close friend of Bill Clinton, L.D. Brown, told me that the Bushes and Clintons routinely vacationed together and were best friends. For a little background: L.D.’s wife was Chelsea’s nanny, and L.D. was Governor Bill Clinton’s chief of security. Clinton also helped L.D. get into the CIA with G.H.W. Bush’s presidential approbation, which ultimately led (sadly for Bill) to Brown’s discovery and eventual exposure of the whole Mena, Arkansas, affair. Bill assumed that his friendship with L.D. would negate any convictions of honesty L.D. might have had. Bill was wrong.

Please understand that the Bush neocons are still ensconced in Washington, D.C., to this very hour. It is the Bush neocons that are calling the shots for America’s foreign policy and are also calling the shots for the national Republican Party. The neocon agenda is the driving force at the U.S. State Department, CIA, and DOD.

But it was G.W. Bush that coupled religious fanaticism with the already established political fascism long embraced by his grandfather, Prescott, and the Bush Crown Royals. Whether GW’s religious infatuation was genuine or cleverly concocted by Karl Rove, I am in no position to say. But the younger Bush definitely tied the misguided religious teachings of “war for Israel” with the old and hackneyed “war for profit” ideology.

By tapping into the commonly taught (albeit misguided) religious doctrine that the modern state of Israel is the same as Biblical Israel, neocons discovered a brand new resource for promoting war: fighting to protect and/or expand the Zionist state of Israel. Christian Zionists such as John Hagee, Pat Robertson, et al., have rallied millions of evangelical Christians into a perpetual war fever--all under the rubric of protecting Israel (which, again, they falsely believe is Bible Israel).

Neocons have been so successful in rallying Christians around the war flag that we are now hearing political and religious leaders talk openly about instituting “Greater Israel.” This is the idea that the U.S. war machine has a divine mandate to invade and conquer all of the land originally promised to Abraham and fulfilled under David and Solomon. Of course, in the modern world, this would necessitate war with Russia and probably China, which is what the neocons really want.

In current politics, presidential candidate Ted Cruz has taken up where G.W. Bush left off. He is pushing the “war for Israel” button HARD. And don’t forget that both Ted and his wife, Heidi, are ardent disciples of G.W. Bush--and Heidi was also a long-standing member of the quintessential neocon organization, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Ted’s preacher-father is an outspoken leader in “Greater Israel” prophecy circles. He (Ted’s dad) goes to churches all over America preaching the idea that God has called Ted to “save Israel” and usher in the Second Coming of Christ.

Let me say this straight up: any human being that believes God needs his or her help to fulfill Bible prophecy and start the timeclock for Christ’s Second Coming is both delusional and fanatical.

As faithful readers know, I have not and am not endorsing Donald Trump. I endorsed Rand Paul, and now that Rand has suspended his campaign, I currently have no horse in this race. However, Pat Buchanan is absolutely spot-on with his analysis of why the neocons in the Republican Party are willing to do ANYTHING--including giving the election to Hillary Clinton--to keep Trump from winning. Remember again, on foreign policy matters, Hillary is just another Bush neocon.
