If you think of the United States of America as a store, its recent decisions and scandals resemble a sale, perhaps a fire sale. Or maybe even a “Going Out of Business” sale.
The list of dramatic markdowns is breathtaking. They include trading away five murderous terrorists for a likely Army deserter, an open invitation to tens of thousands of illegal immigrants to cross the Mexican border, and a decision to recognize the terrorist group Hamas as part of the Palestinian government.
On the home front, environmental regulations will cost thousands of coal miners their jobs and drive up the cost of electricity for millions. The ObamaCare mess is hardly resolved, and the Veterans Affairs scandal keeps getting worse. The acting agency head reported the deaths of 18 more vets who were kept off the official waiting list in Phoenix.
Ticking quietly in the background is the mother of all threats — an Iranian nuclear bomb. That ticking grew louder last week as the ayatollah mocked our nation by standing in front of a banner that proclaimed, “America cannot do a damn thing.”
Technically, he’s wrong. It’s not that we cannot stop the mad mullahs’ march. It’s that President Obama has taken the military option off the table, and without it, Iran has nothing to fear. Our impotence was a choice.
Add to the combustible mix the expansionist moods in Russia and China, and the series of events recalls an observation by the late economist Herb Stein. Speaking in another context, he said that, “If something can’t go on forever, it won’t.” That sums up the current sense of the nation as a whole.
What seemed for years a steady and slow decline increasingly feels like a headlong race to the bottom. America is careening downhill, and a crack-up appears inevitable.
It is no coincidence that the deal with the Taliban to release five terrorist leaders from Guantanamo brought the first threat of presidential impeachment from a respected member of Congress. GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said that if Obama tried to release others without lawmakers’ approval, it would lead to “people on our side calling for his impeachment.”
That is the nuclear option, and there is good reason why it has been so rarely invoked throughout history. And yet the intense fever gripping Washington, largely created by Obama’s go-it-alone approach, needs to be broken. The country simply cannot continue to remain the beacon of the free world if we are consumed by our own dysfunction and distrust.
Impeachment is one way to try to resolve a political crisis, but as former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy argues in his new book, public opinion is a vital ingredient, and it is missing. Titled “Faithless Execution,” his book’s subtitle, “Building the Political Case for Obama’s Impeachment,” is based on McCarthy’s claim that the legal case is solid that Obama has violated his oath to execute the laws faithfully.
That’s an arguable point, but even to concede it means nothing because the Democratic Party has been so cowed into supporting Obama, regardless of what he does, that there is no chance to make the political case.
Indeed, we have reached this crisis largely because centrist Democrats have failed to stand up against Obama and demand more moderate policies.
Leaving aside occasional grumbling from party elders, he gets ­almost unanimous support from every Dem in Congress for every piece of his radical agenda. Evidence shows that one of his most pernicious practices, using the IRS to punish conservative groups, grew out of congressional demands from liberals. While that doesn’t excuse Obama’s role, it does demonstrate that his party has enabled and encouraged his improper conduct.
The result is that the constitutional system of checks and balances has been gutted as Democrats act as an amen chorus for the executive branch.
The framers put a high bar on impeachment, and merely attempting to draw up the articles is viable only when there is a bipartisan consensus that the president’s immediate removal is necessary. We are a long way from that consensus.
Still, something has to give. And unless Democrats begin to put duty to country over loyalty to Obama, America as we know it is headed to a point of no return.

“Daddy, when did America fall? When did we become a Third World Country?”

Someday, many of you young adults will be asked this question by your children who will be unable to find the answer in the Common Core textbooks of the future. What will you say? What will you tell your children about the time America officially became a third world country? You might want to consider the banker-bailout date of 2008 when describing the collapse of America to your future children. America has indeed collapsed and we are living through the “settling of the dust” post-collapse period of our history.

In 1945, at the close of World War II, America produced 50% of the world’s goods despite only having five percent of the population. In a mere 63 years, the bottom fell out of the United States of America. It is tragic, beyond words, what has happened to our country. The following recounts some of the reasons for our decline.



Out of Control Debt
Third world countries have spiraling out of control debt. Standard & Poor’s made it official when it changed its label for America’s national debt from “stable” to “negative.” Subsequently, America is now officially a “Third World country”. Meanwhile, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Bank of America each report billions in quarterly profit, while the US is facing debt restructuring similar to Greece, Italy, Spain and Cypress.

third world 1The debt crisis has also spread to nearly every state as 46 states out of 50 states are on the verge of bankruptcy and many of our cities are going broke. Detroit is the epitome of a third world city. America’s infrastructure is collapsing as evidenced by the pitiful condition of our roads which are quickly obtaining Third World status.

The out of control debt found in the Third World is constantly being used against these countries by organizations such as the World Bank and the IMF. Globalist banking organizations use the debt to begin to acquire a nation’s infrastructure. It happened in Bolivia through an unholy alliance between Bechtel and the World Bank where water rates quadrupled and it became illegal to even reuse irrigation water runoff and it was illegal to trap rainwater. Colorado just enacted the same two laws within the past two years. Very soon America, the banksters will own everything aspect of substance. Does anyone still believe the movie, The Hunger Games, wasn’t delivering a clear message as to what lies ahead for all of us unless we can wake up enough people in time and change our course?

Income Inequality
What a lot of people don’t seem to realize is that when the Greatest Depression of 2008 hit, the money that once filled the coffers of the American middle class did not just evaporate into thin air. That money flowed somewhere and where it flowed was into the pockets of the banksters and a few of their select minions courtesy of the banker bailouts.

third world 10Since 2008, cavernous income gaps characterize Third-World nations and the United States is right up there with the worst of the nations with regard to income disparity. The income gap between the rich and poor has increased at a staggering pace, while many more middle-class folks citizens are losing ground on a daily basis.

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities report found that the income gap between the wealthiest Americans and middle-income and working-class Americans has more than tripled in the past thirty years. Did you enjoy your prolonged nap while this was going on?

The CIA’s “Gini index,“ which reports on the world’s income distribution found that the United States has the 40th highest income gap disparity out of 136 nations measured. Nambia is the worst and Sweden is the best. The United States income disparity is comparable to Jamaica and Cameroon.

Unemployment numbers, food stamps, and home foreclosures continue to reach new record highs. Government-dependent people often have more discretionary income than a middle income worker making $60,000 per year.

And despite all of our economic woes, the economic free fall of our country has not financially touched the members of Congress as this constitutes another characteristic of Third World countries in which the ruling elite and their law making minions live high off the hog. The net worth of Congress continues to rise despite the onset of the Greatest Depression of 2008. The year 2008, was the year that the Wall Street took over the nation’s money, both nationally and individually and members of Congress laughed all the way to the bank. Financial disclosure forms analyzed by Roll Call magazine, using the minimum valuation of assets, showed that members of Congress, in 2010, had a collective net worth of over $2 billion, which constitutes a $390 million increase from the $1.65 billion members of Congress enjoyed in 2008 at the time of the first bailout.

Slavery As a Means to Fatten the Coffers of the Elite
Most Third World countries practice some form of overt and/or covert forms of slavery which serve to economically benefit the elite. America is no different. The US has simply traded one form of slavery for another.

third world 13Despite the fact that the United States makes up less than 5% of the world’s population, America’s prisons confine more than 25% of all people who are incarcerated on the entire planet. Several of these prisoners perform labor at twenty-three cents per hour while housed in our federal prisons contracted by the Bureau of Prisons’ UNICOR.



UNICOR is a for-profit corporation and it is the US government’s 39th largest contractor. Privatized prisons are the fastest growing prisons in the United States and they are normally guaranteed a 90% occupancy rate. This criminal corruption leads to a Third World type of abuse of the public by police departments in order to meet arrest quotas which guarantee the owners of the growing privatized prisons that they are promised occupancy rates will be met. Along these lines, a plethora of stories document how the New York Police Department plants drugs on innocent subjects in their controversial “stop and frisk” program in which, in October 2011, a former NYPD narcotics detective testified that he regularly saw police plant drugs on innocent citizens in order to meet preset arrest quotas. George H. W. Bush is one of the biggest players in the business of privatized prisons.

Substandard Healthcare
death by doctorA constant characteristic among third world nations is a substandard health care system. I recently polled a number of young adults as to where they thought the United States fell with regard to life expectancy as compared to the rest of the world. Before voting, many acknowledged that the US had slipped from its once lofty position with regard to health care. Some people guessed that we had fallen to fourth or fifth in longevity. Some people made even bolder predictions by stating that we might have fallen as far down the life expectancy model as 10th.

What is your vote? How long do Americans live in comparison to our international cohorts? After all, the United States spends twice as much as the average of any other modern country for health care. In the US, we spend 17.6% of our GDP on health care, by far the highest percentage in the world and what do we get for this Third World type of highway robbery?

Fewer physicians (2.3 per 1,000 as compared to 3.1 for the rest of the world).
The number of hospital beds are fewer than other nations (2.6 per 1,000 as compared to 3.4 for the rest of the world).
The average American lifespan is 78.7 years in 2010, more than one year less than the rest of the World’s OCED nations.
Now to answer the previous mentioned survey question I posed to the group of young adults which asked how long Americans live in comparison with the rest of the world. Sadly, according to the CIA Factbook, the United States is 50th in world in terms of life expectancy. Hong Kong is eighth and we have fallen behind Bosnia and Herzegovina. Oh, and one other thing, Cubans live longer than Americans.

Are you planning on having a baby and want to ensure its safety during the birthing procedure? You would be better off moving to Cuba where they have a lower infant mortality rate than the United States. The United States is amazingly number 47 in the world in infant mortality.

In fact, in the United States you are far more likely to be killed by your doctor than you are by a firearm. Death by doctor exceeded 225,000, in a two year period while death by firearm was only 9,601.

So, Americans are paying far more for health care and reaping Third World type of benefits. Today, health care is not about increasing health and longevity, it is about separating American patients from as much of their hard-earned money as possible. Obamacare, which is off to a disastrous beginning, will prove to be the biggest genocidal and simultaneously bankrupting factor in American history.



The Evisceration of Personal Liberties
police state america2Everyday freedoms are often a casualty of a society in collapse. The NDAA has eliminated due process from our constitution which destroyed the Fifth, Sixth and Eight Amendments to the Constitution. The Patriot Act eliminated the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution. Obama is threatening to destroy the Second Amendment. During a Presidential declared emergency, FEMA can snatch anything you own, including you, thus, eliminating the First and Third Amendments. The entire constitution is on life support.

third world 2Homeland Security (DHS) is arming against the American people as evidenced by its recent 2.2 billion rounds of acquired ammunition to go with the 2700 armored vehicles recently purchased by DHS. These police powers typically go hand in hand with collapsing economies in Third World countries which is what we are witnessing in America and the following statistics bear this out.

Do you remember that intellectual giant that occupied the White House prior to Obama? His name is George W. Bush and in typical fashion he ignorantly stated “they (the terrorists) hate us because of our freedoms.” Do you remember that asinine statement? As with most things uttered by this intellectually deprived ex-President, Bush was dead wrong. The 2012 Legatum Institute’s Prosperity Index, notes that, with regard to personal freedom, America came in at 14th place which puts the US in good company with Uruguay and Costa Rica. And when it comes to the Safety & Security comparisons, America came in at 27th putting the US on par with Bulgaria. These factors need to be coupled with the fact that our small businesses and American citizens, those who bother to go to work, pay the highest taxes in the world, thus increasing our level of indentured servitude to the bankster run government.

Media Manipulation and Control
A government-sponsored media that censors information is a key component of Third World countries. In some countries, the media is openly owned by the State. In America, the corporations dominate the government and these same corporations own the media. Therefore, we have state-sponsored media control by default.

“In 1983, fifty corporations dominated most of every mass medium … In 1987, the fifty companies had shrunk to twenty-nine. … In 1990, the twenty-nine had shrunk to twenty three. … In 1997, the biggest firms numbered ten….Today there are only 8 giant media companies dominating the US media (Disney, AOL-Time Warner, Viacom, General Electric/NBC, Yahoo, Microsoft and Google).

Then there is former award winning CNN special correspondent, Amber Lyon, who left CNN because as she says, CNN was taking money from the federal government to embellish and openly fabricate some stories while not covering other stories.

The concentration of ownership has led to censorship when national and corporate interests overlap, and in typical Third World fashion, by default, we have government run media.
The simple solution is to turn off the television.

Failing to Protect Children
Who is protecting our children? Who stands for the preservation of parental rights?

The child abduction cases involving Stacy Lynne of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Monika Wesolowski of Fairfax County, VA., stands as a horrific example of how agencies of the government can prey upon children, destroy families and make a mockery of our justice system. Any society that is not capable, or willing, to protect its children is NOT worthy of surviving.



Conclusion
America is a conquered nation. When our treasonous Congress approved the theft of the nation’s treasury by Wall Street in the 2008 bailout, a bankster sponsored economic coup d’état took over this country and now we are witnessing the plundering of our personal assets as part of the war booty.

You are living in a police state run by the Federal Reserve whose police state policies are enforced by the Gestapo like DHS. In a few years, if you do nothing, many of you reading these words will not be here to see the final roll-out of this bankster run tyranny.

What shall we do? My suggestion is read Thomas Paine’s pamphlet, Common Sense, and then start deciding on your own what you need to do.

Muslims think that they are superior to all others...

Islamic Scholars Claim: Islamic law is perfect, universal and eternal. The laws of the United States are temporary, limited and will pass away. It is the duty of every Muslim to obey the laws of Allah, the Sharia. US laws are man-made; while Sharia law is sacred and comes from the only legitimate god, Allah.

Islam is the grandfather of Marxism, Communism, Socialism, Progressivism and Liberalism... the 'ism's' that want total control over all aspects of people's lives.

Sharia is based on the principles found in the Koran and other Islamic religious/political texts. There are no common principles between American law and Sharia.

Under Sharia law:
- There is no freedom of religion.
- There is no freedom of speech.
- There is no freedom of thought.
- There is no freedom of artistic expression.
- There is no freedom of press.
- There is no equality of peoples --- a non-Muslim, a Kafir, is never equal to a Muslim.
- There is no equal protection under Sharia for different classes of people.
Justice is dualistic, with one set of laws for Muslims males and different laws for women and non-Muslims.
- There are no equal rights for women.
- Women can be beaten.
- A non-Muslim cannot bear arms.
- There is no democracy. since democracy means that a non-Muslim is equal to a Muslim.
- Our Constitution is a man-made document of ignorance, jahiliyah, that must submit to Sharia.
- Non-Muslims are dhimmis, third-class citizens.
- All governments must be ruled by Sharia law.
- Unlike common law, Sharia is not interpretive, nor can it be changed.
- There is no 'Golden Rule'. (do unto others as you would have them do unto you.)

Sharia is the basis for every demand that Muslims make on our society.
- When schools are asked to give up a room for Islamic prayer, that is asking us to implement Sharia law.
- When a Muslim wears a head scarf, that is in obedience to Sharia law.
- When our newspapers would not publish the Danish Mohammed cartoons, our newspapers were submitting to the demands of Sharia law.
- When demands are made for our hospitals to treat Muslim women in special ways, that is Sharia.
- When our textbooks have to be vetted by Muslims organizations before they are used in our schools, that is in accordance with Sharia law.

The attack on the World Trade Center was perpetrated in adherence to the rules of war, 'jihad', found in Sharia law. Sharia law is the basis for everything in the lives of all Muslims. Sharia law is being implemented more and more in America and yet there is no knowledge about what Sharia actually is, since public, private, or religious schools do not teach it.

Most mosques in America are built by Saudi Bankers. Muslims are instructed to build mosques where ever they go. Their mosques are their fortresses and their center of war. They infiltrate communities by getting seats on City Councils - Zoning - Planning - Police... American cities are being taken over by Muslims... as in Dearborn, Michigan. Muslims are moving forward in their agenda of Sharia law while denying what they are doing... remember taqiyya - 'sanctioned lying' to achieve their agenda.

Sharia law denies freedom and American rights. A Muslim thinks it's their duty to kill non-Muslims.

The Islam happening in Europe is what we will see in America in 20 years...the actions in Europe are based on Sharia law and are being implemented in America.



-There are times that traffic cannot move in London streets as Muslims command the streets to pray.
- Entire areas of Europe are no-go zones for non-Muslims, this includes the police. These are Islamic enclaves where only Muslims live. The 'Muslim-only policy' is based on Sharia.
- In England an Anglican bishop calls for the rule of Islamic law for Muslims. The bishop is obeying Sharia Law.
- In the schools only Islamic approved texts can be used: this is based on Sharia law.
- Christians may not speak to Muslims about Christianity nor may Christians hand out literature. This is a political result based on Sharia law enforced by British courts.
- Rape by Muslims is so prevalent in parts of Sweden that Sweden has forbidden the police from collecting any data in the rape investigation that would point to Islam. Rape is apart of the Islamic doctrine as applied to non-Muslim women.
- In London, mass demonstrations by Muslims call for the end of British law and Sharia law to rule all people, regardless of religion. This political action is based on Sharia.
- In some English hospitals, during Ramadan fast, non-Muslims cannot eat where a Muslim can see them. The submission of non-Muslims to Islamic preferences is based on Sharia law.
- At British hospitals, Muslim women are treated only as Sharia law demands.

Sharia law is creeping into America on every level. And it may take over if something isn't done to stop it.

Our world is full of conspiracies because it's full of people who deceive

The reason conspiracies are real is because humanity is a race capable of extreme deception. As long as there are people whose actions are based in greed, jealousy and a desire to dominate others, there will be real conspiracies plotted and operating across every sector of society.

The correct term for "conspiracy theorist" should really be "conspiracy analyst." Most of the people who are skeptical of official stories are, in fact, analyzing conspiracies in an attempt to understand what really happened and what took place behind closed doors.

A highly-recommended book the delves into this matter in more detail is the five-star-rated masterpiece Official Stories: Counter-Arguments for a Culture in Need by Liam Scheff.

This book will open the minds of those who still have the cognitive capability remaining to grasp it. (Sadly, the injection of mercury into babies in the form of vaccines has damaged so many brains across America that many people are now cognitively incapable of rational thought.)

And remember: the next time someone flings the phrase "conspiracy theorist" in your direction, simply know

that they are effectively wearing a DUNCE hat on their heads by admitting they have failed to acknowledge that true conspiracies are rather commonplace.

That's not merely a theory, either: it's a statement of fact.

Refreshing rationality: Why NOT believing in conspiracies is a sure sign of mental retardation

(NaturalNews) The phrase "conspiracy theorist" is a derogatory smear phrase thrown at someone in an attempt to paint them as a lunatic. It's a tactic frequently used by modern-day thought police in a desperate attempt to demand "Don't go there!"

But let's step back for a rational moment and ask the commonsense question: Are there really NO conspiracies in our world?

The Attorney General of South Carolina would surely disagree with such a blanket statement. After all, he sued five pharmaceutical companies for conducting a price-fixing conspiracy to defraud the state of Medicaid money.

Similarly, in 2008, a federal judge ruled that three pharmaceutical companies artificially marked up their prices in order to defraud Medicare.

In fact, dozens of U.S. states have filed suit against pharmaceutical companies for actions that are conspiracies: conspiracy to engage in price fixing, conspiracy to bribe doctors, conspiracy to defraud the state and so on.

The massive drug company GlaxoSmithKline, even more, plead guilty to a massive criminal fraud case involving a global conspiracy to bribe doctors into prescribing more GSK drugs.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg. A deeper look into the criminality of just the drug industry alone reveals a widespread pattern of conspiratorial behavior to defraud the public and commit felony crimes in the name of "medicine."

What is a conspiracy, exactly?

As any state or federal prosecutor will gladly tell you, a "conspiracy" is simply when two or more people plot to commit an act of deceit (or a crime).

Thus, when three hoodlums plan to rob the local Quickie Mart, they are engaged in a "conspiracy" and will likely be charged with a "conspiracy to commit armed robbery" in addition to the different crime of "armed robbery." The fact that they planned it with several friends makes it a "conspiracy" worthy of additional felony charges, you see. When these charges are brought up in court, the judge doesn't look at the prosecutor and say, "You are a conspiracy theorist!" That would be absurd.

The idea, then, that there is no such thing as a conspiracy is flatly ludicrous. And people who condemn others as being "conspiracy theorists" only make themselves look mentally impaired.

To live in our modern world which is full of collusion and conspiracy -- and yet somehow DENY the existence of any conspiracies at all -- is an admission of a damaged brain. Of course there are conspiracies, and when people analyze those conspiracies, they are "theorizing" about what happened. This is, in fact, precisely the

job that police detectives and FBI agents carry out almost daily.
Most police detectives are, in reality, "conspiracy investigators" and analysts.

There are endless examples of real conspiracies

Auto manufacturers routinely conspire to cover up mechanical defects that put customer lives at risk. Even National Public Radio lays out the full timeline of the General Motors conspiracy to hide the problem with its faulty ignition switches.

Last year, food corporations conspired with the Grocery Manufacturers of America (the GMA) to commit money laundering crimes in Washington state in order to funnel money into a campaign to defeat GMO labeling there.

The FDA conspired with a drug manufacturer to keep a deadly diabetes drug called Rezulin on the market in the USA even after safety regulators pulled the product in Europe.

Similarly, the corrupt, criminal-minded operators of mainstream science journals conspired in a particularly evil way to railroad Dr. Andrew Wakefield with provably false accusations about the nature of his research into the side effects of vaccines. The GMO Seralini study has been similarly railroaded by a genuine conspiracy of evil, corrupt science journal editors who routinely conspire to suppress all the science they don't want to be seen by the public. Fortunately, 150 other scientists have come to support Seralini with a global condemnation of the obviously contrived scientific censorship.

We live in a world of such deception and collusion that, frankly stated, it's hard to find a large institution (such as medicine, agriculture or the war industry) which isn't involved in some sort of conspiracy at some level.

What is a "conspiracy theorist?

The pejorative "conspiracy theorist" is meant to demean and ridicule skeptics of official stories.

Most so-called "conspiracy theorists" are really skeptics, by definition. They're skeptical of what the government tells them. They're skeptical of the claim that drug companies are really only interested in helping humankind and have no desire to make money. They're skeptical that food corporations are telling them the truth about what's in their food. And they're also skeptical of anything coming out of Washington D.C., regardless of which party happens to be in power at the time.

People who are not skeptics of "official stories" tend to be dull-minded. To believe everything these institutions tell you is a sign of mental retardation. To ask questions, on the other hand, is a sign of higher intelligence and wisdom.

Skeptics of official stories, it turns out, also have the support of history on their side. How many times has it later been revealed that the American people were lied to by the very institutions we were supposed to trust?

For example, it is an historical fact that 98 million Americans were injected with hidden cancer viruses which were later found in polio vaccines strongly recommended by the CDC. In an effort to cover that up and rewrite history, the CDC later scrubbed all accounts of that history from its website, pretending it never happened.

That's more than a cover-up; it's an Orwellian-style conspiracy to selectively rewrite history and deny Americans any memory of a monumental, deadly error made by the CDC in collusion with the vaccine industry.

According to two former Merck virologists, that company conspired to fake the results of its vaccine tests by spiking test samples with animal antibodies, thereby falsely distorting the results to make the vaccine appear effective. The two virologists filed a False Claims Act with the federal government detailing the conspiracy, saying:

Merck also added animal antibodies to blood samples to achieve more favorable test results, though it knew that the human immune system would never produce such antibodies, and that the antibodies created a laboratory testing scenario that "did not in any way correspond to, correlate with, or represent real life ... virus neutralization in vaccinated people..."

Conspiracies of money and big banks

Every month, the Federal Reserve conspires to steal a portion of your wealth through "quantitative easing" -- an irresponsible money creation scheme that devalues all the currency already in circulation (i.e. the money in your bank account).

The money the Fed creates is, not surprisingly, handed over to the big Wall Street banks -- the same banks that received a jaw-dropping $29 trillion in "bailout money" since the near-collapse of U.S. banking in late 2008.

Why did this bailout money go to the banks instead of the American people? Because powerful people sat in dark rooms and colluded to send the money to the most influential banks. A conspiracy, in other words, by definition.

Had that same amount of money been equally distributed across the U.S. population, the Fed would have distributed nearly $100,000 to each and every citizen in America; man, woman and child. But instead of enriching the population, the banking bailout burdened the population with the debt now owed to the Fed by future taxpayers.

Every $1 trillion created by the Fed, after all, is $1 trillion "loaned" to the U.S. Treasury which must somehow be repaid. In truth, the minute you start to investigate how money is created, why the Federal Reserve is a private banking cartel and why the big banks get all the bailout money, you run head-first into genuine conspiracies almost from the outset. When you look up the word "conspiracy" in a dictionary, it should probably say, "See Banking and Finance."

STANDOFF IN NEVADA: ANOTHER FEDERAL SIEGE AGAINST THE INNOCENT

With the memory of Ruby Ridge, Idaho, and Waco, Texas, still very vivid in the collective memory of the American people comes another example of a federal government run amuck. A rancher in Nevada is watching the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) seize his cattle and arrest his son for simply taking pictures of the events. BLM has also placed several federal snipers around his home with their high-powered rifles trained on his family. The last report I read said more than 200 federal agents are now surrounding the homestead complete with attack helicopters. All that seems to be missing are tanks.

Did the family do anything violent? No. Did they do anything immoral? No. Did they even do anything wrong? No. Did they do anything illegal? Well, that’s where the story gets interesting.

Cliven Bundy’s family has been grazing cattle on their ranchland since the 1880s. But in 1993, the federal government reclassified 600,000 acres of land, including the land that the Bundy cattle have been grazing on forever. The pretext used by the feds for seizing the land was to protect some “endangered” tortoise. However, the feds would allow Cliven to continue to graze his cattle on the land--if he pays the federal government for the privilege. The rancher refuses to pay.

Here is one report of the story:

“Federal snipers with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) trained guns on members of a family yesterday after they dared to stop and take video footage of cattle outside the bounds of a designated ‘First Amendment Area,’ before arresting one of the men for non-compliance.

“The cattle were being rounded up by BLM officers as part of a crackdown on Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who has refused to pay ‘grazing fees’ demanded by the feds as a result of a re-classification of 600,000 acres of federal land in northeastern Clark County which Bundy claims has been in his family for generations.”

The report continues: “The feds have now started rounding up Bundy’s cattle in the name of protecting a supposedly endangered species, the desert tortoise, forbidding Bundy from interfering or even entering the vast area. The case is quickly turning into another iconic battle between big government and a besieged family.

“Fears that the confrontation may turn violent and concerns that Bundy is drawing increased support from liberty activists and the local community prompted the feds to tape off two ridiculous ‘First Amendment Areas,’ outside of which free speech in support of Bundy is banned. A sign placed inside the area reads ‘Welcome to Amerika--Wake Up’ alongside a hammer and sickle logo.

“When Bundy’s family members violated that rule yesterday in an attempt to peacefully document the cattle roundup, they were met with a barrage of loudspeaker warnings and four BLM snipers with their guns trained on the dissenters.”

The report goes on saying, “None of the family members were armed, but as soon as Dave Bundy began filming the cattle in the distance, 11 BLM vehicles each with two agents arrived and surrounded him.

“‘They also had four snipers on the hill above us all trained on us. We were doing nothing besides filming the area,’ said Ryan Bundy.

“The family were told to leave the area via loudspeaker because they had violated the crudely established ‘First Amendment Area’.

“‘They said that we had no first amendment rights except for up by the bridge where they had established an area for that,’ Bundy said.

“When Dave Bundy didn’t immediately heed the warning and return to his vehicle, a dog was set on him and he was subsequently arrested.”

BLM hired independent contractor-cowboys from Utah to confiscate Mr. Bundy’s cows. Nevada State troopers and local law enforcement personnel have also either assisted, or refused to interfere with, BLM’s actions. And, as one would expect, a federal court has also backed BLM’s activities. Some estimate the cost to the taxpayers for BLM’s siege will amount to more than $3 million.

But as news of the siege spreads, people all over the country are taking note. Hundreds of people have come from all around Clark County, Nevada, in support of the Bundy family. Personally, I hope tens of thousands of people show up.

Before the feds began laying claim to privately-owned ranch property back in the early 1990s, there were dozens of ranchers in the area. Mr. Bundy is the last one left. All of the others have been forced off of their land by the excessive restrictions and rules from BLM. And it looks like the feds intend to do whatever they feel is necessary to remove the Bundy family from their land, as well.

An out-of-control federal government was the primary catalyst for the “conservative revolution” in 1994 when the GOP historically took control of both houses of Congress. After egregious betrayals by then House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott in 1996, a conservative revival continued from 2000-2006 when G. W. Bush and the Republican Party controlled the entire federal government. Disgustingly, neither Bush nor the Republican leaders in Congress did one darn thing to undo the power grab of the federal government that took place under Bill Clinton. If anything, the GOP-led government in Washington, D.C., further expanded federal power across the board.



During those turbulent years of the 1990s, the late-great Congresswoman, Helen Chenoweth, in an interview with Michael Reagan, spoke these words:

“BLM is taking onto themselves law enforcement that is normally saved for the State, law enforcement over motor vehicles. They've written into the regulation without authority from Congress, the ability to stop vehicles or to search people, to search a place or a vehicle without warrant or process; to be able to seize without warrant or process any piece of evidence and to test people for potential DUI (driving under the influence). They have redefined a parachute into a mechanized piece of equipment, so if you parachute into any of their areas you can be fined $20,000 or more.

“It is amazing. Our founders, when establishing our system of government wanted to make sure that law enforcement was closest to the people. You and I have talked before about how important it is to make sure that you elect the very best local county sheriff because he should be regarded as the highest law enforcement officer in the area because he is accountable to the voters. They really worried about a national, a federal, law enforcement. To federalize our law enforcement is to create a situation that the pilgrims were trying to escape.

“We are moving quickly to that. The Bureau of land Management is taking onto themselves law enforcement authority that Congress never gave them. In the Federal Land Policy and Management Act that was passed in the early 1970's it made it clear that Congress said that, ‘first, you must go to your local county sheriff for law enforcement activities.’”

Helen knew what she was talking about. The BLM controls over 60% of all of the land within her home State of Idaho. The BLM controls over 70% of all land in Utah; and in the State of Nevada, the BLM controls over 76% of all land.

Chenoweth was as much of a prophetess as she was an observer when she added, “Whatever [land] we have left. Right now in Idaho and I am sure all over the West, they are moving people and human activities off the land.”

Helen was also correct when she noted that the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), which was adopted in 1976, stipulated that BLM had to go through the county sheriff for any action that required law enforcement. Nearly four decades later, the BLM (and virtually every other federal agency) totally and thoroughly ignores this requirement.

For those of us who still labor under the conviction that the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it must be observed that the only crimes assigned to the federal government in the Constitution for law enforcement purposes are Treason, Piracy, Counterfeiting, and International law violations. That’s it! All other law enforcement matters are the purview of the individual states, according to the Tenth Amendment.

Unfortunately, for most of the Twentieth Century, and especially since the George Herbert Walker Bush administration, the federal government has demanded more and more power and authority that it does not constitutionally possess. And, for the most part, the individual states have sheepishly done little to resist. All of which has led to the events that are now playing out in Clark County, Nevada.

Here are some of my questions: why are the local and State law enforcement officers in Nevada assisting the BLM with this egregious act of tyranny? Beyond that, why are they not standing up to the BLM and telling them to go to Hades? Do the lives and liberties and property of the citizens of their State mean nothing? And, another thing: who are these independent contractor-cowboys in Utah who are willing to help trample a fellow citizen’s constitutional rights? How much does 30 pieces of silver equate to today? And what about those BLM snipers? Who are these men who would willingly turn their guns against innocent, hard-working Americans for the sake of a paycheck? I guess the only reason that the members of Mr. Bundy’s family are not six-feet under already is simply because those “brave” and “patriotic” snipers were not given the order to shoot. They sure had the family members in the crosshairs of their scopes; all that was missing was the pull of the index finger. Wow! That’s comforting. I wonder how many of us are in the crosshairs of federal snipers and don’t even know it?

I hope the people of the western states will arise in support of the Bundy family in such numbers that the BLM thugs will be forced to withdraw and leave this dear family alone. If we are not careful, the feds could do to this family what they did to those poor Branch Davidians outside Waco, Texas, and to the Weaver family near Ruby Ridge, Idaho. This should be a wake-up call for all of us out west to let our elected officials know under no uncertain terms that we will not tolerate such conduct in our backyards.


The citizens of Connecticut are resisting their own tyrannical State as it attempts to deny them their Second Amendment rights; now it’s time for the citizens of the western states to resist the tyrannical Bureau of Land Management (and any other federal agency) that attempts to usurp the Tenth Amendment and private property rights of their fellow citizens.


I realize that there are several legislative and judicial efforts underway around the country to push back against this runaway federal government. All of this takes time. In the meantime, a family in Clark County, Nevada, is fighting RIGHT NOW for all of us. This dear man is putting everything he owns, as well as the very safety of his family, on the line. To coin a maxim from the German pastor, Martin Neimoller: “First, they came for the Randy Weaver family in Idaho, and I did not speak out; next, they came for the Branch Davidians in Texas, and I did not speak out; then, they came for the Cliven Bundy family in Nevada, and I did not speak out; then, they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out.”

But, God willing, there are still millions of us left who will speak out. Will you be one of them?

FT. HOOD: OFFICIAL RESPONSE MORE MEANINGLESS RHETORIC

While millions were shocked there was another slaughter at Ft. Hood, Texas, April 2, 2014, I wasn't. Following the blood bath, November 5, 2009, by another America hating muslim active duty murderer, the impostor in the White House and his minions declared it to be 'work place violence'. That was all the discredited "mainstream" media needed to jump back on the gun control band wagon. The response from some pompous jackasses in the Outlaw Congress was the same vomit coming out of the sissy males on CNN, MSNBC and print media who constantly carp it's the guns.

Immediately following the 2009 rampage, America was fed the usual by Army spokes persons: Army is family. We are strong. We will come together. Did all that warm, fuzzy rhetoric stop last week's killing spree? No.

Back then a few Republicans in the Outlaw Congress tried to get legislation passed that would lift the ban on soldiers carrying a concealed weapon on base. Naturally, it failed and we now have round two at Ft. Hood. The same empty words from members of the Outlaw Congress last week was the same as we heard in 2009: Our soldiers are fighting for our freedom, they deserve the best. We we must protect our soldiers, blah, blah, blah. Did all those words back then stop last week's killing spree? No.

I happened to catch a segment from gas bag, Bill O'Reilly, the other night. His guests make frequent appearances, Ltc. Ralph Peters (Ret) and Col. David Hunt (Ret.). All three agreed soldiers who are highly trained in firearms should not be allowed concealed weapons on base. Instead, just like the pilots on 9/11, they should simply be easy, soft targets for terrorists or an individual who goes off the deep end.

Many American don't know it, but two months before 9/11 and without any explanation, a 40 year old FAA rule that allowed commercial air line pilots (many battle hardened military veterans) to be armed was rescinded. That's right. Oh, I suppose it's just another one of those coincidences about 9/11. Why wasn't that rule rescinded two years before 9/11 instead of two months before the slaughter?

The litany of reasons given by O'Reilly and his experts can be read here. All three of them act like all soldiers are a bunch of wack jobs who can't control their emotions and therefore, cannot be trusted with a concealed weapon on a military base. It's okay for them to carry off the base, but on the base? Oh, no, they're just too emotionally driven to be trusted. This from someone who has never served a day in uniform.

The first massacre in 2009 was without doubt an act of terrorism by another individual in support of the fake religion called Islam. Nidal Malik Hasan should have been booted out of the military long before he killed 13 Americans, but since he is a muslim, political correctness prevailed. The end result was unimaginable horror that families and survivors will live with the rest of their lives. To add injury to insult, that waste of human skin managed to keep from going to trial for almost five years. Hasan was rightfully given the sentence of death:

"When Hasan began shooting, the troops were standing in long lines to receive immunizations and doctors' clearance. Thirteen people were killed and more than were 30 wounded. All but one of the dead were soldiers, including a pregnant private who curled on the floor and pleaded for her baby's life."

There is no question as to his guilt. Any appeal will result in the same outcome. There hasn't been a military execution since 1961. Hasan is the poster boy for his own actions<>. He doesn't deserve to take one more breath on this earth. I hope his judgment day comes soon instead of 10,15, 20 years down the road.

In the case of Spc. Ivan Lopez, the now dead shooter in last week's slaughter, we know he was being evaluated for post-traumatic stress disorder, a very real mental condition experienced by thousands of fine soldiers in our military. We know he was given pills including Ambien. Allegedly, Lopez ask for some type of leave right before the shooting, but was denied. Did that set him off? I doubt we'll ever know.

What we do know is that once again, another human being went off the deep end while taking those evil SSRI anti-depressant drugs like Ambien with endless side effects. I can't think of one school shooting where the child killer wasn't on Ritalin, Prozac or in the case of Columbine shooter, Eric Harris, he was on Luvox. I know because of obtained a copy of his autopsy from the coroner's office. Dylan Klebold's is still sealed to my knowledge. While the big pharmaceutical houses claim those drugs are perfectly safe, nothing could be further from the truth:

"Just a year after fluoxetine was introduced, Bill Forsyth of Maui, Hawaii, had taken it for only 12 days when he committed one of the first murder/suicides attributed to any SSRI.

"In the same year Joseph Wesbecker killed eight others and himself in a Louisville, Ky., printing plant where he worked, after 4 weeks on fluoxetine. Yet as early as 1986, clinical trials showed a rate of 12.5 suicides per 1,000 subjects on fluoxetine vs. 3.8 on older non-SSRIs vs. 2.5 on placebo! An internal 1985 Lilly document found even worse results and said that benefits were less than risks. Such documents were released into the public domain by Lilly as part of the settlement in the Wesbecker case. Fifteen more “anecdotes” of murder/suicide, three with sertraline, were listed by DeGrandpre."

All the hand wringing and scripted statements from military brass and members of the Outlaw Congress will not stop another base shooting. Soldiers in the military are not being given the treatment they need. Some wait months before even getting in the door. Shoving dangerous pills down their throats, patting them on the head and sending them along the way only treats the symptoms, not the underlying mental health issues. Our returning soldiers from foreign countries and their internal squabbles continue to get less than what they need in a timely fashion.

Americans cheer on our military to fight and occupy countries like Iraq and Afghanistan. Endless unconstitutional, un-delcared wars and when tens of thousands of soldiers come home broken and in need of real help, they get dangerous drugs. They quietly suffer while Americans reelect the same rotten, corrupt SOBs back to the Outlaw Congress who have not fixed the problem of getting them much needed treatment other than prescriptions for mind altering drugs.

I have criticized the VA forever because nothing ever changes. Career politicians in the Outlaw Congress stand in front of cameras looking serious and spout off how our veterans deserve the best, blah, blah, blah. Do they get it? No. Why? Unqualified political appointees always end up as chief honcho of the VA and there's never enough money. After all, we must give counties like Israel $3 BILLION borrowed dollars a year to build up their military and Egypt BILLIONS of borrowed dollars with the debt slapped on our backs to build up their military to fight the CIAs Al Quaeda.

Of course, there isn't a scintilla of constitutional authority to give ANY foreign country the fruits of your labor for any reason. Think that matters to the Republican controlled U.S. House? The Republicans controlled the house and senate for almost 14 years; eight years under Bush, Jr. Did they get rid of unconstitutional foreign aid? Hell, no. We're still being raped while our soldiers are denied real mental health treatment when they desperately need it. Is anyone surprised we have another shooting?



As for weapons on military bases and contrary to what Bill O'Reilly proclaimed last week to be true - soldiers don't want armed soldiers on base (and he knows this how?) - a number of soldiers interviewed do want concealed weapons on base. They are very angry and upset they're denied the right to defend their own life and their fellow soldiers.

Bill O'Reilly and his experts seem to believe that every soldier on every base if armed are going to have a fight with their wife and turn right around and shoot as many fellow soldiers as they can fifteen minutes later. They slide over the fact that soldiers, Army and Marines especially, are highly trained in the use of firearms. Not that the Air Force and Coast Guard aren't, but Army and Marines are the ones usually on the ground. They are conditioned to not react by emotion, but training. I know because I'm married to a retired U.S. Army Colonel who spent 27 years in service.

First responders to the second shooting last week took about 15 minutes. A lot of dead bodies pile up in 15 minutes. If soldiers were allowed concealed weapons and pulled them on Lopez, how many dead and wounded do you think there would have been last week? The same applies to the cold-blooded killer, Nidal Hasan. If only one soldier within his area pulled a gun and shot Hasan, we might not have had 13 slaughtered and so many injured. Instead, our soldiers on every base in this country are little more than sitting ducks. Armed military police and contract police can't be everywhere at once. Military bases are filled with soldiers all over the place. If a would be shooter knows that any soldier walking past him is armed, it would be a deterrent even if that person intends to commit suicide.

Should soldiers being treated for mental health issues be denied the right to carry a concealed weapon on base? That is a very tough question even for a strong Second Amendment supporter like me. Those psycho tropic drugs being fed to our soldiers are beyond dangerous. Too many deaths have come from individuals on them from school shooters, killings in the private sector (oh yeah, there have been Prozac defenses) and now the second killing spree at Ft. Hood. I do believe there should be screening on a case by case basis if the soldier is receiving mental health treatment. Not that a soldier genuinely suffering from PTSD should be denied the right to carry. Evaluate one at a time.

Will our soldiers get better mental health treatment instead of just shoving pills down their throats because the number of soldiers needing treatment is so huge the system within the military can't handle all of them? Not if people reelect the same incumbents back to Congress starting with those upcoming primaries. If incumbents in the Outlaw Congress haven't fixed the problem for active duty soldiers with mental health issues and the VA in all the years they've been in Congress, what makes you think they will do it if people vote to reelect them in the primaries? Why do Americans keep expecting things to change by voting for the same failures in the Outlaw Congress who didn't get the job done?

Will the Outlaw Congress, the house and senate, pass a law that allows soldiers on base to carry concealed weapons? Not if people reelect the same incumbents back to the Outlaw Congress starting with those upcoming primaries. It's too late here in Texas. On March 4, 2014, ignorant voters in this state went to the primary polls and voted to reelect every single incumbent in the U.S. House of Representatives who have destroyed this country.

Even if somehow a bill does get passed, what about the impostor in the White House? Would that unlawfully seated "president" sign it? My guess is absolutely not. Barry hates our military as much as the Clinton's did while in office. Constitutionally, Congress has the power to over ride a presidential veto, but then there is no legitimate president. No legitimate Commander-in-Chief. Just a fraud who jived his way into the Oval Office while your incumbent and mine did nothing to stop him from usurping the office of president.



We can only pray another mass killing doesn't happen on a U.S. military base. But, if you don't go after the cure instead of more drugs for our soldiers who desperately need mental health treatment and continue to allow our soldiers to be nothing more than easy targets, it likely is just a matter of time before it happens again.
